Warranty Policy

Five (5) years from the original purchase date for finished products, and one (1) year from purchase for individual components, kits, and product upgrades.

Tortuga Audio warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship, and will operate as described in the product documentation, when used normally.

Not covered: problems arising from misuse, modification, or operation outside the product’s specifications.

You pay for and are responsible for shipping a defective product back to us. We cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

At our option, we’ll either repair or replace a defective product once we receive it. Any replacement may be new or like-new, with functionality at least equal to the product being replaced.

This warranty is transferable if you sell a finished Tortuga Audio product to a third party.

To the extent allowed by local law, the above is the full extent of our warranty obligations and your sole remedy. Absent a written, mutually executed OEM supply agreement, any component purchased, used, or resold by a buyer (or buyer affiliate) for the production or commercial sale of a non-Tortuga-Audio product is not covered by this warranty or the 30-Day Audition Policy.
